On March 18-19, 2004, the public security bureau of Hangzhou held a meeting to discuss surveillance construction of this year. The municipal committee, government and public security of Hangzhou decided to invest 100,000,000RMB to support public security and surveillance construction. This large project means too much for the enhancement of public security efficiency and development of domestic surveillance brands.
SAE seized this opportunity. Up to now, Hangzhou office had been in charge of the surveillance market and service of the areas under Hangzhou government''s jurisdiction and surveillance system of public security bureau of Zhejiang province and started the projects of Binjiang, Gongshu and scenery of West Lake which was dominate by police substation. At the meanwhile, Hangzhou office achieved the amount of 350 pieces by taking charge of the surveillance project of Yiwu traffic police station and Ningbo electric power station. On the base of those remarkable achievements, Hangzhou office aimed to accomplish the goal of selling 500 pieces.
